On-line Leadership workshops
Join us for a series of 5 x 2 hour leadership workshops facilitated by Shaun Price and Trevor Jarrett. We recognise it can be challenging to keep focused during long on-line courses so we have designed a 5 week programme of shorter, high impact sessions allowing us to focus on key areas during each workshop and giving our participants the opportunity to practise new techniques between workshops. Each workshop will cover behaviours and skills that transcend positional power in driving and influencing others’ actions, engagement and commitment.
- Develop self-awareness above and beyond their current understanding
- Recognise individual and organisational impact on change
- Develop an understanding of how people communicate
- Develop effective communication skills enabling individuals to engage and build effective rapport with staff
- Recognise the attributes great teams and their leaders require
- Develop activities to move individuals and teams to a high performing level
- Learn how to use different styles of leadership at different times with different people
- Learn how and when to give effective feedback
- Understand how and when to coach and when to performance manage
