Background

Adrian is a highly energised and experienced project manager, coach, trainer and facilitator, recognised for his expertise and infectious enthusiasm in helping and supporting business leaders to define, design and implement projects and programmes in pursuit of company goals and strategy.

Prior to setting up his own training partnership ‘Fast Forward Project Management’ Adrian worked at BT for 27 years and was a fundamental part of the design and delivery of internally delivered project management training workshops and community events. Adrian also developed an internal licensing and development framework for project managers to aid progression through practitioner, coach and tutor levels.

Adrian is an accredited 6 Sigma Black Belt and 7C’s consultant who is conversant with all aspects of project and change management principles. He has worked within and supported the delivery of a number of BT’s strategic programmes being a key player in BT’s project, programme and coaching community. Adrian played a significant role as a ‘My Customer’ coach supporting others to define and implement improvements for BT customers.

A qualified FA coach and vice chairman of a local youth football club, he holds a full LGV driving license. An electrician and telecoms engineer by profession, who has worked with people at all levels, Adrian is passionate in all that he does delivering quality well defined benefits. He will always reinforce the importance of people and their personal attributes rather than heavy reliance on process or systems.
