Learning starts from within and if we cannot see the need to develop then we are unlikely to do so.
Providing a practical and pragmatic approach, I work with delegates to help them to understand the “why” as well as the “how” of developing new skills and behaviours supporting the transition from the “ideal world” of the training room into the “real world” of their organisations.
Background
Carol has over 15 years experience in recruitment, personnel, training and development with her last permanent role being Head Office T&D Manager for Next Retail Ltd. In 1997 she left Next and has since been running a successful training and development consultancy.
Covering all aspects of management, leadership, team and personal development, she has worked with a variety of clients from major blue-chip companies to educational and business support bodies and government funded development projects.
Her facilitation style is enthusiastic and professional and is always well received by a variety of delegates, from Senior Execs to staff working at hands-on, grass roots level as well as volunteer workers.
In 2000, Carol was a founding Director of a creative thinking company, “Catch The Bug Ltd” which specialises in developing creative thinking potential within business
Carol is also an Associate Facilitator for Franklin Covey, Europe and is licensed to deliver “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People” programme.
