Background

Colin has wealth of experience in sales, marketing and leadership management developed over 30 years in the corporate world of hotels, leisure, motor leasing and finance.

He has deep and broad experiences centred on sales, marketing and customer service both in the UK and overseas. He is a positive, goal driven and emotionally intelligent leader with strong communication skills and proven track record of success. He has led teams through complex and disruptive organisational change but always remained committed to people development throughout, championing a culture of high performance at all times.

Colin set up Excelorate to share and use his experience and success with a wider range of organisations, with a particular but not exclusive interest in SME’s.

Committed to learning, in 2007 Colin completed a Master’s Degree in Leadership Management Practice and he is a Fellow of the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management and an independent consultant for Miller Heiman
