It’s often easy to recognise the changes that we need to make within our roles, and harder to implement them. It’s a natural reaction.
Working closely with delegates, I enable them to realise their full potential, and to build the skills necessary to achieve lasting and successful change.
Background
Gill has over 15 years experience in training and development within a number of large customer service focused organisations. Her extensive management experience has been gained in both field and office based roles in financial services and call centre organisations. During this time Gill has developed extensive expertise in the design and delivery of interventions to meet a range of differing needs i.e. workshops, action learning sets, strategic planning events, development centres and team events and one to one coaching sessions.
For the last six years Gill has been successfully providing professional training consultancy services and coaching for medium to large sized organisations across a range of business sectors. With a passion and enthusiasm for delivering interventions that engage and deliver business results Gill has worked with clients in the design and delivery of interventions using a range of methodologies, i.e. facilitated workshops, assessment and development centres, ILM accredited training, action learning sets, indoor and outdoor team development initiatives and personal and leadership coaching.
