Background
Lizzie is an experienced business leader and a qualified executive coach. She thrives on ensuring senior managers overcome any obstacles to reaching their full potential. Before becoming a coach, Lizzie worked for 20 years in several FTSE 250 companies in senior marketing and HR roles. Her coaching approach is therefore grounded in the commercial world – she understands the challenges of working in large organisations, of managing a team of people and delivering against a business plan.
As a coach, Lizzie encourages clients to expand their thinking, deepen their awareness and create positive change to deliver tangible benefits to both themselves and their organisation. She is an impartial ‘sounding board’, providing clients with supportive challenge to meet their goals.
