Background
Peter is an Executive Coach and Management Development specialist with 20 years commercial experience. His expertise covers 4 Key areas: Performance Management, Interpersonal Skills Training, Management Development and One-to-One Executive Coaching.
Originally an operational manager Peter has held various roles within HR and Learning and Development. Since leaving Sainsbury’s in 1999 he has used his consultancy experience with clients such as Carphone Warehouse, Beko, Yazaki, BOC, Lever Faberge, Reed Health Group, European Central Bank, London Boroughs of Barking and Dagenham, Lambeth, Havering and Cancer Research UK.
Peter is registered to British Psychological Society level A and B intermediate and accredited to deliver a range of psychometric tests including MBTI, MTRi, Firo, SDi, OPQ and MPG.
He holds a Diploma in Business Coaching and is a qualified assessor. He is also a part time tutor on the Diploma in Human Resource Management at the University of East London.
