“Training is challenging and very rewarding. It doesn’t matter how many times I’m with a group of participants, my role is not to refer to well used training statements and trainer quotes. The role is about provoking participants’ thinking, It’s about engaging them in relevant high impact behavioural development that brings about change and improved results”.

Stewart gained his business background working with Britvic Soft Drinks within the Sales & Marketing function before moving into a training & development role.
As well as traditional training and learning workshops, Stewart has worked with a number of organisations using a combination of indoor, outdoor even offshore training and development initiatives where the outdoor theme has been used as the vehicle for bringing about development, change and improved team behavioural awareness.
Stewart’s experience combines a consultative training style with business focus and a determination to help deliver results. He believes in training interventions which engage participants’ focusing on their specific challenges and needs, with the outcome being practical solutions which can be applied on their return to the workplace.
