Sharing the practical, reality based tools that I have learnt in business and “switching the light on” for others, gives me enormous satisfaction, whether I am presenting to a large audience at conference or working 1 on 1.
Background
Tim started his career within local government, working with Trading Standards for four years, gaining an insight into every aspect of business life. Tim then moved onto the sharp end of business life managing a successful restaurant before joining a brand new division of a well known Japanese manufacturer, helping them to implement a customer service strategy for the UK.
This grounding in business lead Tim into various leadership roles within the customer service and customer contact centre environments for premium motor manufacturers
In 2003 Tim became training manager for a prestige automotive manufacturer, responsible for the training and skills needs of over 10,000 employees, nationwide, over 8 brands, various industry sectors and all disciplines.
Tim now works as an independent Coaching and Development Consultant.
