Background
Tim is a dedicated, well-rounded leader with a proven track record of implementing organisational, cultural and strategic change within complex environments. Tim’s business acumen developed via several senior financial roles for the likes of Ernst & Young, Condor Group and Barclays Bank. His natural training and development skills blossomed through a number of key leadership and people facing roles within the Barclays group between 2000 and 2003. Most recently Tim has worked as an independent Consultant including as a preferred associate of the Chartered Management Institute delivering both accredited and non-accredited programmes.
Profile
In terms of programme design, Tim will draw from his extensive experience of, and exposure to, real life business situations. He will also use techniques and material he has personally witnessed as being highly effective and will ensure that content is both highly relevant and also challenging.
In delivery Tim will bring material to life through sharing his own experiences and by encouraging contributions from delegates. He brings focus to workshop sessions and constantly ensures that his audience understand key points. Tim will both see and feel when individuals are lost or have withdrawn and look to bring them back in through encouragement and spending 1-1 time with them. He will, where appropriate, look to stretch people’s thought processes. Delegates will find him clear, considerate, attached to reality, and challenging.
