Wyn has extensive experience in sales and category management within FMCG, having developed a successful career in Walkers Snack Foods and United Biscuits.
In 2001 he joined FXL as Management Training Consultant and developed and delivered tailored training and development solutions for clients such as Britvic Soft Drinks, Reckitt Benckiser, Frontline Magazines, Jenks Sales Brokers and Taylor Nelson Sofres.
Wyn is a fully qualified NLP Practitioner and is dedicated to ensuring that delegates and coachees implement their learnings in the workplace by helping corporations to install embedding processes and development cultures to ensure his clients gain significant returns on investment.
