Change Creation – Automotive
Welcome to Change Creation – Automotive, a specialist division aimed at the motor industry. This division has been formed as a direct result of Change Creation delivering a succession of key programmes throughout the industry that have enabled our clients to demonstrate an increase in sales, service and productivity across a range of staff who have attended the se workshops.
Shaun Price heads up the division to utilise his extensive industry experience. Shaun joined the automotive industry in 1985 and spent 6 years at car leasing giant Lex. He then took the step of joining a management buy-out team at the Greenhouse Group, whose network of car and commercial dealerships incorporated a number of different franchises including Vauxhall, VW Commercials and DAF Trucks, as well as an extensive bodyshop network. Following the sale of his Division to Abbey National, Shaun became Group Sales Director of First National Vehicle Holdings, as well as continuing his role as Managing Director.
In 2005 Shaun became a Director of Change Creation and has since headed up various projects including a number throughout the automotive industry. To date Change Creation has worked with the following automotive companies to deliver successful training and facilitation including Toyota, SEAT, Camden Motors, VW, Mercedes Benz, Tuskers, Lexus, MNH, epyx, Suzuki, and Audi.
