What do we do?

Leadership Coaching: Building the leadership skills and behaviours of current and future leaders.
Skills Coaching: Developing the skills and competencies that are needed to be truly effective in current roles and future roles. This might include building personal impact and presentation skills, time management and influencing skills.
Development Coaching: Adapting attitudes and behaviours to truly unlock the participant’s potential. Typical areas of focus include developing emotional intelligence, building effective business relationships, and improving self-belief, confidence and personal resilience.
Coaching for Transition: Helping our clients manage their way through major transitions quickly and effectively. This might include maternity and role change.
Stress is one of the most common mental health problems in the UK. In small amounts, stress can be tolerated, however, prolonged or intense stress levels can negatively impact our work performance. During our coaching sessions participants very often share confidential information about their mental health, personal circumstances and general wellbeing. These are often subjects that they are reluctant to share with their family, friends and colleagues, so just talking to someone else in a safe environment really can help.

How is the virtual coaching delivered?
The most popular choices seem to be Zoom, Microsoft Teams and FaceTime, however, we can easily set ourselves up to coach via the clients preferred platform. All the participant needs is a quiet space at the assigned time.
Who are our Clients?
Over the past 16 years we have coached executives at many Blue Chip Companies (names available upon request). Our most recent programme has involved coaching circa 200 Heads of Business and Aspiring Heads of Business at a major Motor Manufacturer. The original coaching programme started as one to one coaching on-site, however due to COVID the coaching has been successfully moved online during 2020. Don’t take our word for it…
