My aim is to give people the skills and insights their Company needs them to have to sustain a valuable competitive advantage.
Background
Shaun has enjoyed high profile management successes. He spent 11 years within the Thomson Organisation, where he was part of the management team who created and launched Thomson Directories. During this time he spent 2 years as National Training Manager where he was responsible for training the sales and management population. This was followed by 7 years at Lex Vehicle Leasing where record growth levels were reported during his time with them.
He then took the unusual step of joining a management buy-out team at the stagnant contract hire company Fleet Management Services. Seeing this role as the ultimate challenge, he transformed the firm into an innovative, forward thinking organisation enjoying new levels of profitability, customer satisfaction and success. During this period FMS were 5 times finalists in the Fleet News Awards and won a highly commended award in the prestigious Daily Telegraph and British Telecom Customer Service Awards.
This transformation eventually attracted the attention of Abbey National who acquired FMS in 1998 for the value of its brand and its blue chip customer base. Shaun took on the role of Group Sales Director for First National Vehicle Holdings as well as continuing his role as MD of FMS.
Shaun formed Corporate Inspiration Limited in 2003 as a vehicle for utilising his passion for developing people and amalgamated it with Trevor’s business in 2006 to form Change Creation Ltd.
