Background
Trevor has extensive experience in sales, marketing and management developed in the corporate world working for over twenty years in a variety of markets with companies such as Hambros Bank, British Tissues, Whitbread Plc, Gallahers, Twentieth Century Fox and Britvic Soft Drinks.
In 1998 he established The Archway Partnership with the ambition to develop a business and training consultancy that worked predominantly in the leisure industry and in particular the travel market working with clients such as Virgin Atlantic Airways, Thomson Holidays and Monarch Airlines.
In 2001 Trevor expanded the company and changed its identity to better reflect its profile and Resolution Training Limited was formed. Having experienced consistent growth year on year from 2001-2006 Resolution Training Ltd merged with Shaun’s Corporate Inspiration Ltd and Change Creation Ltd was formed
Trevor is also a member of the faculty at the Chartered Institute of Marketing where he periodically works as a course director and is an all round expert in facilitating management excellence.
